If you live in India , then you might be interested in two new phones that Dell has put out, the XCD28 and XCD35. The XCD28 has a 2.8-inch display, 3.2 Megapixel camera, 200 MB of internal storage that can be expandable 16GB microSD, WiFi, and Bluetooth. As for the XCD35, I am going to assume that it has the same features (my Sources seems to have less to say about it) but comes with a 3.5 inch capacitive display. The Dell XCD28 is available now for $247, but the XCD35 won’t be until next month for $382.
